Street Art and Grafitti in New Orleans While we can't hold a candle to the amount and scope of street art that I saw when visiting New York City, New Orleans certainly has it's share of artists willing to see anything as a canvas. From the sides of buildings to abandoned warehouses to the fences that surround their property, artists are driven to create. We're the beneficiaries of their talent and vision - after all, what could be better than driving down a street and stumbling upon the results of someone's compulsion to share what their imagination has concocted.
