Once again, it's my Speechless Sunday post that is not speechless =P I've had this one saved on my computer for a while. I so frequently see a picture that is like an analogy in itself, of so many other things. When I first saw this one it made me think of the real estate market. But this week, it's makiing me think Active Rain too! It's that time of year again. On April 22, 2010, we all (should) celebrate Earth Day, and the planet with which we've been blessed. OK so yes, you can guess the subject. Because it's my favorite subject... my fabulous, beautiful daughter! =D lol My last two "Brittany" posts featured her modeling Wedding Gowns, and then a photo shoot for a modeling company that she was working for. A little while ago, I read this blog post by Gary Woltal called "Is Your Camel Parked in the Right Desert?". I felt the need to share it, because it spoke volumes to me. Yep. I'm continuing with my quest to embarass my daughter, by posting silly pictures of her when she was younger. (Love the braces with the blue bands in this one) But this photo is somewhat bitter-sweet. We love guineq pigs in our house. But this one had upper respiratory problems the entire time we had her. We tried everything. But she only lived a few months. And this is one of the few pictures I have of her. She had burrowed into the sleeve of my daughter's nightgown and just stuck her nose out. lol. As a follow-up to my recent post titled "Daytona Beach Real Estate Listings and Sales 2000-2009 Market Reports", I decided to write this post, which shows just how many of the 2009 sales were foreclosures and short sales. Once again, I've included a bar graph. And for statistical purposes, on this graph I've also posted the actual numbers of how many of these real estate sales were along the lines of foreclosures, pre-foreclosures and short sales.
