This little bird is standing on the corner of a body of rapid flowing water, with a little waterfall right beside him. But he's not the least bit concerned. This little guy is just taking in the view, with what appears to be, little-to-no concern. Looks like a great spot to me! You think he'll find some breakfast nearby?

Happy Sunday! =) It's time for a new week to begin. So let's start with this gorgeous photo my brother took. I absolutely love this shot. It looks like a watercolor painting. But it's an actual shot that he took at sunset, from the end of a canal. I hope you all enjoy this image as much as I do. Here's another happy photo by nickrun. And this little fellow looks so happy. His chest is all puffed up and he/she is singing their little heart out. This photo just make me feel happy. I like to imagine how it must feel, to be perched and singing, without a care in the world. Such a feeling of joy and freedom. But that's just how I feel. And yep. I got all that from this one shot =)

I'm re-blogging this post I just found, for obvious reasons... We need it! But before we get to the post, I'll begin with the comment I left on it... I taught aerobics (both hi and low), Spinning, Aquatics, Step, and Hip-Hop for 16 years before being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Then I switched to Yoga and Pilates. But I've been unable to teach for the last couple of years =( But I do enjoy walking. I think it's great that we can encourage fitness this entire month! I walked over 5 miles on Friday night. Where is Daytona Beach, compared to other cities in Florida? How many miles are between certain cities? Where is Port Orange, in relation to Daytona Beach? These are just a few of the questions I frequently find on my blog posts. So when someone asks me how far we are from another city in Florida, I jump over to my home page which happens to be iGoogle, and click the "Maps" button at the top of the page. Once again, it's my Speechless Sunday post that is not speechless =P I've had this one saved on my computer for a while. I so frequently see a picture that is like an analogy in itself, of so many other things. When I first saw this one it made me think of the real estate market. But this week, it's makiing me think Active Rain too! Yep. I'm trying to squeeze in another photo post before the servers go down again. I only found out about an hour ago that the work wasn't completed, and the servers would be down from 11-3 all week.
