I was once again digging through my 3 years of YouTube videos and found this (very) oldie but goodie. This was once again, one of the topics that was making it's way through the community, when there still was an actual YouTube community (IE: pre-Google and commercialization; aka the better YouTube, for those of us who were there). Anyway, I thought I'd share this with you here. It was a simple question of "What Do You Believe?", and hundreds of videos were made in answer to the question. This was one of mine =)

Yep. I'm continuing with my quest to embarass my daughter, by posting silly pictures of her when she was younger. (Love the braces with the blue bands in this one)
But this photo is somewhat bitter-sweet. We love guineq pigs in our house. But this one had upper respiratory problems the entire time we had her. We tried everything. But she only lived a few months. And this is one of the few pictures I have of her. She had burrowed into the sleeve of my daughter's nightgown and just stuck her nose out. lol. KUDOS to GMAC mortgage.  Their new criteria for short sale consideration is that all contracts with buyers must have a clause that requires the deposit on buyer default to go to GMAC.
Here is the language GMAC wants if you have a short sale with them as the lender:
