Every so often, Adams Cameron & Co., REALTORS® has an "Open House Extravaganza!" Last weekend was one of those times. Now as you know, for this year, I've made the decision and coined the phrase "Real Estate is Great in 2008"! Right after Christmas my business started picking up, and it has continued to do so throughout the month of January. Now, back to our Open House Extravaganza. It's too soon to tell if this is permanent yet, but as I posted in another blog a couple of days ago, 2008 started out very well for my real estate career. As a real estate agent, you should NEVER assume the agent on the other side of the transaction is doing their job! That is the advice that was given to me by a top producer, when I was new to the business. It is one of the best pieces of advice I have ever been given, during the course of my real estate career.
