Are you greatful for what you have? I often take my life for granted. I'm never satisfied. I am always looking for something more, something better. I think as Americans most of us do this. We have become accustomed to getting what we want. When we don't get it right away, we just try harder until we eventually get it. How many of you have felt this way? Have you ever went to bed and wondered where did the day go? I think in this business it is often easy to get caught up in all things you have to do. 1.Find an agent to represent your interest. Why? Because having an agent gives you an advantage to buying a home. Your real estate agent should be able to get you a better deal because they know the ends and outs to this business. 2. Get qualified first! It is easier to find the right home if you are looking in the right price range. It also strengthens your negotiating position. 3. Do not tell anyone accept your agent and lender about your financial position. It's like getting arrested everything you say can and will be used against you. You do not want them to (2 comments)
