Sales Price (Single Family Homes Only) 2008 $197,784 Feb 1 - Feb 28 $173,646 YTD (2009) $194,993 Average Price Per Square ft-YTD $83 What can you gather from these stats? Logan Utah was announced by Business Week Online in the top ten of the Most Affordable Suburbs of The West. Logan Utah had a median home price range of $183,500, which was the lowest on the list. The Logan Utah Real Estate market continues to be named amongst the best in the nation. Logan Utah was ranked 10th on the list, barely squeaking in.
