Certainly housing in Bethesda MD is not inexpensive but there are condos for sale in Bethesda for less than $300,000! There are several condo communities to investigate if you are looking for a condo under $300,000. Just click here to search!
The first community to check out is Parkside, just off the Rockville Pike, slightly north of the Beltway. This condo complex sits on 60 plus acres and has approximately 900 condo units located in low rise, garden style buildings.
