In October 2020 the Chevy Chase housing market remained a seller's market with 1.4 months of inventory, down from the five year average of 3.2 months. Condo housing inventory remained tight with 29 listings, down significantly from the 34 listings in September and 40 active listings last October. The 5 year average was 55 listings for sale.
