One thing which you can count on in the DC metro area in the summer is that it will be hazy, hot and humid! I don't think that people give enough thought to the staff of a condo building when they are thinking of buying a unit in that building. They might worry that their neighbors are noisy or have children who run through the halls or drop bowling balls on the floor of the unit above. They may think about whether the condo budget includes enough reserves to replace a leaking roof or a creaky elevator.
