Sometimes it feels like I am the only one mailing FSBO's. Does anyone else do this? I keep a running database of as many FSBO's as I can find. Some I get from drive by's others from the local news papers, and then there are plenty more available on FSBO websites. If you're selling a house without a Realtor then I want you on my mailing list. The process is very time consuming but it's a highly targeted mailing so it's usually cost effective.
