Here are three examples of problems that we found just this week in vacant, foreclosed and REO Utah homes that could ONLY have been found with infrared thermal imaging. The best "visual only" home inspector with the worlds brightest flashlight would have missed these issues on their inspections, only to have them come back to haunt the home buyer after move in.
