These agents received a great presentation from our inspectors about the importance of using thermal imaging when inspecting vacant, short sale and foreclosed homes. We enjoyed showing "mock ups" of what a hidden plumbing leak would look like with thermal imaging. Most agents have heard of infrared cameras but have never held one or witnessed the images they capture. We showed them in real time on a 42" flat panel what an actual wet ceiling, wall and floor look like. We followed up with a dozen jaw dropping images of recent discoveries that we have discovered lately.
