There are many real estate referral and agent referral website directories online but so many of them require that you pay an annual fee or a large referral fee for simply giving you access to their list of agents. With many referral companies you don't have access to individual agent information and only refer to the company. The company then chooses the individual agent, which is not an ideal situation either.
