short sales: SFR Certification

I have taken three short sale classes within the last two years and not one of them came close to the education I received taken the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification through the N.A.R. Don't get me wrong I always learn something when I take a class but this one is over the top. I encourage all realtors to get this certification. With short sales being such a huge percentage of our business the more realtors understand the process the better for all, the buyers the sellers and yes us the realtors. … (2 comments)
