 What happens in a real estate office should not stay in the office --- that is, if it is all good stuff. On a daily basis, sales agents come and go exchanging hellos. The broker in charge (in the future to be called the broker) greets the agents and the public. The broker works with the staff to make the office friendly, warm and enjoyable, but professional.  Be an owner of something is the dream of many Americans ---what would you like to own? * A real estate company?     * A mortgage company? * A staging company? * A retail store? * etc. If you would like to be an owner of  your real estate co, there are many ways to do this.  I can suggest a simple really easy and inexpensive way for you to do that. Just take a look and see if there is anything you like about this real estate company. You may want to be an owner.

 Why does brand really matter, anyway?   When you go to the grocery store, so you make sure to purchase a "brand" name or do you buy a "store brand"? In the real estate profession, how important is the "brand" of your company?  Who is important here -- you or your company "brand"? You see, I believe that you, the real estate professional, are the important entity here.  You are the person with whom the public works -- you are the one on whom they depend. The AgentOwned Realty Company as a long tail keyword is working for me.  It is kind of amusing -- I am actually competing with myself for # 1 on the first page of Google. The company web site, The AgentOwned Realty Company, ranks # 1 on Google and my Active Rain posts rank down on the first page. However, my Active Rain blog posts are automatically posted on Facebook.  I find that a lot of the public read my posts on Facebook.
