Mt. Pleasant, SC Laurel Lakes Subdivision Laurel Lakes Subdivision consists of approx. 60 homes --the majority of which are located on a lake.

There are 2 entrances to Laurel Lakes - one from Rifle Range Road and one from Venning Road.
The subdivision has a very active homeowners association, so that the families get to know each other.  It is like a large family. Homes are priced from mid $300,000 to about $700,000.
