Bargains abound in the real estate industry, and the foreclosure market is the place most buyers want to start in their quest for a "deal." When my MLS decided to add a "foreclosure" classification to listings, I was opposed. I thought then, and do now, that buyers who focus on foreclosures miss many good buys. Nevertheless, buyers WANT a list of foreclosures. Sooooo, here's the list for July 5, 2012 (note that many of these are already under contract, so consult a local REALTOR for updated status of any listing): Cape Girardeau and Cape Girardeau County
