relocating: Friend Relocating

Just listed my friend's house to rent. She is relocating to Georgia. Got a call from a relocating fim that is handling her needs in Atlanta. Seems they want 35% of my commission of the rental agreement here in Fl and when she decides to put her house up for sale in a few years, the firm wants 35% of that. Since I already have the listing agreement signed I didn't see any use for this.
