Want to hear a pet peeve of home buyers and sellers? Agents who don't answer the phone, don't return calls and don't respond to inquiry requests from their own websites. Those consumers MIGHT get the idea that the agents don't really care about selling what they're offering for sale. And as a general rule, someone shopping online often isn't the most patient in the world. Can't get what they need from Site A, they're moving on to Site B or C or D or....wherever they can get the information they want and a response. Technology! You've got to love it, but you've also got to hate it! One of the hazards of operating in an electronic, non face to face environment is sometimes the intent of your email, post or comment MIGHT not come across the way you meant!
