The road ahead is foggy, the crystal ball is full of mud, no one knows for sure what the real estate market is going to do! For every voice that says things are getting better, someone else will counter with more doomsaying! Anyone who tells you they know FOR SURE is probably smoking something besides a cigar! Real estate is so local, that listening to the national voices is a waste of time except for knowing the big picture items regarding taxes, credits and the like. He leaned back as he felt the needle stick slightly as it slid under the skin of his left arm. How long would it take this time? It was that same old feeling he'd felt MANY times before, going back to high school, through college and following him through his professional life. But this habit, it didn't keep him from being successful. Most people wouldn't have known he had this habit he couldn't quit. Every couple of months, it would call him back and he couldn't resist!

Pictured to the right you’ll find the kitties most favorite place to be during the day— their outside enclosure weather and schedule permitting. If I’m not in a position during my day to 1) carry them out [individually] and 2) keep an ear open for any ’cat’-astrophe , then they have to stay indoors. Pick Me! Pick Me! Isn't that what the prospective home seller hears when they're interviewing agents? There are over 6000 real estate agents in the Cincinnati-Dayton area. Every potential home seller probably knows directly or indirectly several people who are agents, and maybe even a couple of relatives in the bunch!
