This weekend I drove by Franklin Township's Renaissance community to check the status on our buyer's new construction patio home. Fischer Homes almost has it done, with closing scheduled for next month!
And while I was there I noticed the street had been extended! What started as just a small section of patio homes in Renaissance is growing, with an additional 17 patio home sites being added to the community!
Right now Fischer Homes is doing the Santa Claus thing, they're making a list of interested buyers! Actual orders and contracts are expected to start in November.

Our buyers started their search with us considering patio homes, switched to regular homes (including new construction) and ultimately returned to a new construction patio home.
