Yesterday my phone rang and I couldn't pick up or check the voice message for a few minutes. It happens. I'm with another client, at church, already on the phone or in the middle of watching the Army-Navy football game, I'm can't be available ALL the time!
But I returned the call within about 10 minutes. And it was already too late. They'd already spoken to another agent.
Now that tells me a couple of things.
1. My work on the Internet did its job, they found me.

He can take care of my general medical needs but there are things he doesn't have the expertise to handle so he sends me to a specialist. Why are they so hard to find?
First and foremost, Cincinnati patio homes are most often someone's last home, so they're STAYING there! While they might head for warmer climes during the colder months, chances are they're not going to risk opening their homes to tenants while they're gone.
Secondly, the patio home segment isn't a HUGE number of the overall Cincinnati housing market.
