Sorry C.E. Class But Active Rain Already Taught Me That! I'm coming up on my three year license renewal next month and working on finishing my continuing education requirements again. Ohio is a bit light on the requirements, 30 hours every three years including the 9 mandatory for Ethics, Fair Housing and Law. The other 21 are pretty much fair game from anything we want to take from an accredited source. The Powerful Compounding Effect of BloggingIt's REALLY starting to fully sink in...just how powerful blogging can be, how strong the effect of persistently participating can be, how the effect compounds over time! Every post sticks, they don't go away and are waiting to be found! We've been serious since June of this year, somewhere near 260 posts with a few reblogs sprinkled in. Our whole Active Rain schedule got blitzed yesterday thanks to one post from Thursday: The Buyer Paid HOW Much?? We had a double promotion for this post, first a Feature (and for whatever reason, it stuck at the top of the Featured Blog for about 1/2 a day....I think the staff was down in New Orleans or on a plane and ours must have been the last pick before getting occupied), so we were getting lots of comments and what for us is a ton of reblogs (8 so far).
