With the kids off to college I find the late afternoons, that used to be filled with kid activities, now offer free time.  That's right I turned to hooking.  It gives me a creative outlet, keeps me occupied, and is relaxing.

Cary NC the greatest qualities in life, patience ans wisdom.  The simple phrase says a mouthful.  It's the title of the picture shown. I saw this picture giggled, immediately sent it to my daughter who is a vet major at NCSU. It stuck with me and I took time to consider both in my own life while raising teenagers. Wisdom passed on to me from my Mother:

Cary NC     The Buying Process Step 1.
I often find myself telling clients that buying a home is a process that takes time. Step 1-Get prequalified: In today's market this is an essential first step.  When making first contact with a Real Estate Buyer's Agent the first question they ask you must be, "Have you been to a lender to get pre-qualified?"  That simple statement will be a signal that you are working with a true professional.
