home sales: I sold 5 homes in 15 days.. its all about the price?

So we started buying lots of homes and being, well, me and somewhat cheap I decided to post the listings on MLS, Back page, VFlyer, craigslist and such myself (I have a list of 10 sites I posted all the homes to) My price was very simple. I took the best comp in the area and priced my home for sale at $10-25K lower, not much... just a bit. They all have sold. Is this just luck? I bought a few more homes. We will see. I'll keep you posted
