bad weather: Snow hits metro Detroit area, should I show homes today?

The first snow storm of the year and I had an a couple appointments yesterday that i had to reschedule. Two of my clients were fine with it and the third had called me to cancel. I know some agents don't mind going out in the snow and neither do their clients, I am one of them in fact. But there are some reasons to reschedule and those reasons are pretty good.
On one of the appointments I was to go on, we were looking at a private owned home that was vacant. Not to mention my clients do not live … (4 comments)
