I was doing a little research and to see how many months supply of homes are on the market in different towns in Cache Valley. As a whole there are 692 residential properties for sale in Cache Valley. In November only 51 sold and so far in December only 39 have sold. That means that at this rate Cache Valley has about a 15 month supply of homes. North Logan has 63 homes for sale and 1 sold in November and 1 have sold in December.
