Well, it's a number of weeks straight that the phones have been ringing A LOT and I've had to try and figure out how I could fit all my clients and their needs into my calendar! I have appointments straight through till the last one at 8pm tonight. Means I'll be pulling in my driveway at about 9:30 pm and that is just fine by me! Fine because it means we have an active real estate market again here in my part of North Jersey! And that is good news! … (6 comments)

Curious as to what type of businesses/shops the residents of Hanover Township would like to see open up in Whippany Village to be built on Route 10 West in Whippany? There is a new 24 hour CVS there already but there's a whole bunch of building yet to go on...I would love to get some input from the residents of Hanover Township. I'll pass the info along to someone who I'm sure would be interested in hearing what the townspeople are thinking. … (0 comments)

Rumor has it that Shop Rite will be going on the corner of Hanover Ave and Horse Hill Road in Cedar Knolls where the abandoned building and above ground oil storage tanks are located. I don't believe there are any site plans yet. There were previous proposals for that site for Patio Homes, a Targets, and most recently Self-storage units. Word has it that ShopRite purchased the property from the bank. Also rumor has it that Super FoodTown owners were looking at the Pine Plaza , Pathmark store site. Here at Pine Plaza in Whippany, we've already lost Bagel Brunch and Pathmark and now a number of others are rumored to be closing. Someone on anther local forum asked Committeeman Francioli if, considering the loss of tenants at Pine Plaza, the town has considered meeting with the landlord of the plaza and trying to work on the problem of boarded up storefronts which the poster considers to be a "blight" the township cannot afford.
