Once my license in Idaho is active I will do the same thing to the local market. I figure if the best my competition can do is look at my points...

Here in southern Idaho you never really know what the weather is going to be like. It seems like even the weather forecasters struggle with trying to guess o...

I am not a real great cook but I do enjoy throwing out some savory food on occasion. One of the entrees that I truly enjoy making and eating is my chicken enchiladas. My guests are always trying to get me to share the recipe, so in the public interest, here we go: 4 chicken breasts (boneless) 8 o...

Have you ever spent any time talking to a teenager? Do you remember when you were a teenager? Can you remember some of the goals that you set for yourself back then? If you ask any teenager what their future holds in store they will respond with some pretty incredible goals. Life is ripe for the ...

Here in Idaho it seems our market picks up very nicely in the spring. Spring is here and that means home buyers are out looking for that new home. Both Home Depot and Lowes have all of their outdoor equipment and nursery sections on display, while all of the boat dealers are starting to park new ...
