Finding that perfect home in a hot market can seem more frustrating than not. Many home buyers rely on heavily advertised third party real estate APPS like Zillow and Trulia. Unfortunately a recent study has found that these websites national portals and their APPS are lacking in their accuracy and in real time data reporting. The syndication from Multiple Listing Services to these third party APPS can take a week or more.
