real estate: The current change in the Real Estate Market

How do you feel the Market is doing in general. Here in Southwest Florida, things are steadily improving. We had a nice rally in season with a little slow down in price increases for our off season. I expect prices to rise again as season returns. What are your thoughts? … (4 comments)
