The Vitruvian complex, located at 3850 Vitruvian Way, Addison TX, contains a 12-acre park. With more than 550 trees, each wrapped with LED lights, you'll experience a riot of color.
Last year, UDR, the developers of Vitruvian, used 1.2 million lights, but that number had to be increased to 1.5 million due to the growth of the trees over the past 12 months.

You've heard of the "dog days of summer" but now the Town of Addison is putting a twist on the phrase.
The outdoor pool at the Addison Athletic Club closed (for humans) on Labor Day. However, the annual doggy splash day will be held on Saturday morning, September 8th, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you are an Addison resident with a membership card to the AAC (one-time $10 fee for as long as you live in town), come out and support the dogs!

One of the many things I love about Addison, Texas is the caring Town employees. Yesterday morning, while I worked from my home office at the front of the house, I watched as an Addison police officer left his car and walked up my neighbor's driveway. He placed a slip of paper under the windshield wiper blade. Then, instead of returning to the patrol car, oh no! He walked across the lawn to my driveway and into my garage where my car was parked!
