Market Update: 1/1/08 - 6/30/08 for Addison's Midway Meadows Duplex Homes
There are currently 9 homes on the market, priced from $191,000 to $238,500.
Since January 1, 2008, there have been 2 sales of duplexes in the neighborhood. The average price per sq. ft. was $106.68. Homes sold from a low of $196,000 to a high of $200,000. The highest sale was at $107.82 per sq. ft.

The park and fountain on Le Grande Drive in the Midway Meadows subdivision in Addison TX is about to get a makeover. Slade Strickland, the Director of Parks & Recreation for the Town of Addison has announced plans to revitalize the park and fountain. His goal is to immediately address areas that have little or no significant cost impact on the parks operations budget that can be accomplished by parks staff. These are as follows:

ATHOA consists of 104 zero lot/garden style homes in the Midway Meadowssubdivision of Addison Texas. The subdivision was developed by R.C. Williamson in 1980 and consists of the homes in ATHOA plus other single family residences and duplexes. Houses in the homeowners association can be identified by the front entry garages and are on Le Grande, Pokolodi, Leadville, Rush, the north side of Winter Park, and 2 homes on Sherlock.
