San Francisco has faced a tremendous housing shortage in the last 4 or 5 years, with rapidly increasing prices. As a result of the high demand, a number of new condominium projects have recently come on line, with many being completed in 2016. Tuesday is broker tour day in San Francisco. Tours are broken down in 1-1/2 hour segments depending in which area a property is located, which means one needs to carefully plan which properties one needs and wishes to tour - time flies! Today I concentrated my time looking at 2- and 3-bedroom, 2-bath condos in the Nob Hill, Pacific Heights, Lower Pacific Heights and Hayes Valley area.
