San Francisco has a large and diverse housing market. Patrick Carlisle, Compass Chief Market Analyst, does a masterful job of breaking down data in the entire bay area in a way that is easy to understand by both buyers and sellers, and help us Realtors® bring more value than ever to our clients.
This data has been available only two day, and already I have used it to show the seller of a listing that will hit the market in two weeks that the intended price is in line, or even slightly on the low side, a comfortable place to be.
