san francisco condos: Lake Merced, close to 109 Summit Way, SF - enjoyable all year - 01/18/21 07:45 PM
Is 109 Summit Way, San Francisco going to the dogs?
No, it isn't, but maybe it should since pets are allowed. And these particular pets, Tanner and Jack, are delighted to visit whenever they can since it is only 1/2 mile from the door to a parking area at Lake Merced where their fun begins.
The walk/jog or bike ride around the Lake Merced is about 4.5 miles of scenic joy, which these dogs relish.

san francisco condos: A condominium on Russian Hill, San Francisco - 01/04/14 10:24 PM

HOA fees are high at over $1,000/month; plus an extra monthly payment over $100 to the reserve fund. Since this is a stock cooperative ownership, a 50% down payment is required; the buyer must be approved by the Board, too.

I toured this unit a couple of … (12 comments)
