smile: Find the Joy of the Moment

After over 9 weeks of Shelter-in-Place, finding joy and happiness in the simple pleasures of life have taken on a new importance for many of us. Slowly, prudently, more park lands in our area are open. This picture of a friend at Edgewood County Park in San Mateo County expresses complete joy in the moment. Every time I see it, I can't help but smile. The painted rock we spotted on a trail in Marin County, just north of the Golden Gate Bridge. smile: Things that made me smile this morning

I woke up with a smile this morning, thinking about my running buddy who has had an artificial hip for the last two years - she decided to run 10 miles one day last week, and felt great afterward! Not bad for a 62 year old! You've gotta love that!And the smiles continued while..... eating a sweet, juicy nectarine from the Ft. Mason Farmer's Market reading a note a client sent to my office manager where he sang my praises (I feel the love!) anticipating tonight's evening of yoga at Grace Cathedral (where else than in San Francisco would 500-600 people gather … (29 comments)
