Even though it seems that inventory has increased, it remains hard to find a home to purchase in Belmont or San Carlos California. On our MLS today, Belmont has 20 active listings, 12 single family homes and 8 townhouses/condos. San Carlos has 23, 17 single family homes and 6 townhouses/condos. I have a buyer actively looking for a 3 bedroom home in Belmont, or in the San Carlos area serviced by Carlmont High School where her children currently attend.
