I am a litle hesitant to write on this topic. My advice is simple, if you are targeting a keyword with a webpage or blog post make sure the keyword appeard in the content just be careful not to over do it. In a lot of cases SEO beginers are often of the mind set more is better, not the case. Keywords should naturally roll out during the course of your writing (as I stated in my last post).
