I had the pleasure of sponsoring the annual doggie parade in the Del Webb community in Elk Grove this past week. Just look at these cute little guys! I am so glad I got to enjoy these beauties and support one of my local neighborhoods as well. This event has been one I have sponsored for several years. Initially it started as a marketing, business opportunity. The past 2 years it has turned into an opportunity for the community to give back. What's Going on Nearby the Laguna Lake Community? This is a quiet community with some younger families. Three shopping centers are less than a mile away including Nugget, Khol’s, Trader Joe’s, Little Caesar’s, CVS, Golden 1, and Chase. Starbucks and It’s a Grind Coffee are within a 5 minute drive. The Del Webb Communities are wonderful communities for people over the age of 55 who desire an active setting to reside in. With new designs and features from high efficiency A/C to recycled building materials, Del Webb is on the front edge of environmental friendliness.
