Today, whether due to a change in the biological clock, or finishing the process of my son's college send-off, I had one of those rare moments where two dissimilar things have a similar outcome. I was struck oddly by the thought of attachments, to things and to people which become unhealthy. I have witnessed a lot of self-induced trauma in the few days I have been on campus with my son. This is a rather serious question. It is the reason that there are real estate licensing rules, and mortgage licensing. It boils down to ethics. Here are the questions: How do you determine the viability of a Buyer prospect? How do you assess the ways you can best serve your Seller? What do you do to establish a Buyer's qualifications? How do you break the truth to your saellers when setting a listing price, when their home is worth less than they owe? The foreclosure problem is real, and it will be with allof us, regrdless of market for a while. I (0 comments)

I am recovering, if you are wondering why I haven't posted in a while. My sides are aching, like I have been hit repeatedly in the sides with a piece of pipe. The congestion is gratefully leaving my lungs. That makes my work a lot of fun, because i do not use a showing service or have an assistant. Currently I am working several contracts...simultaneously, and trying to keep a couple of pending sales for my listings on track to close. Sure makes life fun, when you start having spasms of coughing. Sounds like the flu or a cold, doesn't it. Actually, I (3 comments)
