Let's face it. 2007 was a trying year for realtors and mortgage broker and homesellers too. But the past is the past . We all have to look at the circumstances now to be positive. First, the rates are really low and they are predicting that they will be going even lower. Second, a lot of prices of homes .have already come down and buyers can get a good deal. There are a lot of happy fans here in New York tonight. This would have been three strikes your out (oh wrong sport)! A nice victory for all the Giant fans and to all who are celebrating or counting there money "Congratulations". This has been an unbelievable football season. New Yorkers have been waiting a long time for this to happen and the partying here is unbelievable. The city is alive with fans, bars are overflowing with excitement and the mood is happy and cheerful. To all our New York Giant fans - unbelievable! This is the only way to go. … (2 comments)
