If you want to be transported back to the "Good old Days", you need to visit historical La Veta, Colorado, for Fort Francisco Days being held on July 28, 2007. The locals put on their Sunday best and make their way down to the Fort Francisco Museum for a day of food and entertainment. Attendees are asked to dress to reflect the time period (late 1800's). Good Morning All. Greetings again, from beautiful La Veta, Colorado. It's almost 6:00 a.m. and if you have animals of any sort, you know that they rule your world not the other way around. Since I am up anyway, I am going for a walk and today I am going to take my camera with me. Who knows what I will encounter. Speaking of pictures, I have finally listed my first piece of property.
