If you want to be transported back to the "Good old Days", you need to visit historical La Veta, Colorado, for Fort Francisco Days being held on July 28, 2007. The locals put on their Sunday best and make their way down to the Fort Francisco Museum for a day of food and entertainment. Attendees are asked to dress to reflect the time period (late 1800's). Col. John M. Francisco traveled to La Veta in 1834 and decided "This is paradise enough for me". Although Col.
