Finally, it feels like the market is very active! We are writing purchase agreements at 11:00 PM, running around on the weekends, and going out to show properties the day they hit the market. It has become very fast-paced lately and it makes the job fun! Why? Well, inventory is low in our area and so buyers are scrambling to grab on to the properties they want. If something is priced decent in this market, it is selling. If you are a seller debating listing your home, get on it. During this period you may be able to draw multiple offers. … (2 comments)
