I was pondering about how to get HOME SELLERS back into this market to sell their homes. Not everyone is underwater or refinanced themselves out of equity or have fallen on hard times. There are many people waiting to get out there so how do we draw them out? I say give them a place where they can get a FREE HOME EVALUATION on their home.
