That depends upon what the question is: are you asking about the house or the house and land?  This particular  Forclosure property  in Chateau at Antelope Ridge is listed at $34,900 and if you are searching for a home via the web that sounds pretty sweet considering the median price for homes in Colorado Springs, El Paso County was $187,000 in October 2011.

Home buyers today are getting savvier about inspections and main stream issues.  However, there is one inspection that is critical when considering an older home with mature landscape and that is the sewer line camera scope with a professional plumber. Those trees are beautiful and an attractive feature to any yard but what lurks below may be a maze of angry roots seeking the most obvious source of water with finger like projections-right into the sewer system.

One little oversight can jeopardize a future deal.  Make sure you understand and know the laws concerning the return of earnest money should your buyer want to terminate a purchase offer. In Colorado Springs many listing agents are independent and prefer to have a Title Company hold the earnest money in an escrow account.  This is perfectly legal but make sure you are watching out for your buyer.
