licensing: It Really is Valuable to Meet the Appraiser in Colorado

I for one have admitted on previous blogs that I'm an education junkie and yes I was taking an online CE course this weekend with VanEd. I'm not an appraiser nor do I play one on TV! Interestingly enough my perceptions about meeting appraisers at my listings was confirmed in a course I was taking. Specifically it was mentioned that it is helpful and appreciated if the Listing Agent was present: "The real estate licensee can be helpful in the appraisal process by: Providing sale comparables to the appraiser that are considered to be most similar to the subject property … (1 comments)
