I can't get enough. If there is a class offered on wells and permits... I'm there. If a Title company is teaching on mold or meth labs......I'm the first to sign up. When my Broker offers training on how to run a business more effectively......I'm in the front row. Send me an email on upcoming courses on contracts, staging, marketing, new construction, latest pitfalls on inspections, appraisals in today's market place, Internet strategies, and financing, I'm going to juggle my schedule to attend.

Blunt is my middle name and I hear my clients and colleagues laughing as I write this. I don't know any other way to tell it then straight up. So as I was sitting with my friend and future client the other night at dinner I had to give it to her without the sugar coating that so many agents try to hand out. No matter how many ways I ran the numbers and how hard I tried to get her more for her home, we need to list her home for X amount of dollars to get it positioned … (1 comments)
